Rumah Cahaya (@inforumahcahaya) - COMMEMORATING WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 2025.
Born out of empathy for the widespread mental health struggles experienced by young people and those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds—stemming from various causes yet met with limited awareness and solutions—Rumah Cahaya was founded in 2021 by @husein_hadar, The organization provides free psychological counseling services, both online and offline, and runs a weekly Psychoeducation Webinar as well as a Mental Health Podcast broadcast weekly on YouTube. As of September 2025, Rumah Cahaya has supported over 40,501 individuals in navigating diverse psychological challenges.
