GDN Publishing began as a critical discussion forum in Ciputat, founded by members of GMNI South Tangerang. Established on June 1, 2017—coinciding with the commemoration of Pancasila Day—this independent publisher aims to disseminate ideas that stand with the people and give voice to alternative histories. Although it originated from the Marhaenist tradition, GDN Publishing now operates independently and progressively from Teluk Naga, Tangerang Regency, focusing on publishing works that challenge dominant discourses.
